Disassembly method of main parts of three-phase asynchronous motor:
1) Disassemble the pulley (or coupling) First, mark the front and back of the pulley to avoid the installation of the fashion; mark the shaft end of the pulley (or coupling), and press the screw on the Panasonic pulley Or pin. Install the puller, pay attention to the center line of the puller to the center line of the motor shaft, and turn the pull rod of the puller.
2) Remove the bearing cap and end cap. Mark between the end cap and the base to facilitate resetting during assembly. Loosen the solid bolts on the end caps one by one, and use the screw driver to pull the end caps diagonally one after the other, and remove the end caps. For larger motors, because the end cover is heavy, the end cover should be suspended with overweight equipment to prevent the end cover from breaking or bumping the winding during disassembly.
3) Removal of brush holder, hood and fan blade The brush of the wound rotor asynchronous motor should be marked before disassembly to facilitate resetting. Then loosen the brush holder spring, lift the brush holder, remove the brush, and remove the brush holder. After the pulley or coupling of the enclosed motor is removed, loosen the fixing screws of the hood, remove the hood, and then remove the locating pin or set screw of the fan to pull the fan out.
4) Demolition of the bearing There are two ways to disassemble the bearing: one is to pull the horse with the bearing, the grapple of the bearing puller is tightly fastened to the inner ring of the bearing, and then the bearing is slowly pulled down; the other is the tapping method. The rotor is vertically placed, the separator is placed between the bearing and the rotor, the copper rod is placed on the upper part of the rotor, and the copper rod is tapped with a hammer to remove the bearing. If the bearing is installed, the bearing can be placed on the rotating shaft, and an iron round sleeve with an inner diameter slightly larger than the shaft is set on the rotating shaft. The wall of the tube should be able to withstand the inner ring of the bearing well, and the sleeve will be evenly tapped with a hammer. The bearing is in place.
5) Disassemble the rotor After the end cover is removed, the rotor can be extracted. Care must be taken at this time to not damage the windings, fans, cores and journals. For small motors, they can be pulled out by one hand or doubled out. For large and medium-sized motors, the rotor is heavier, and an additional length of steel pipe can be placed on the shaft, which is carried out by a plurality of people or lifted by a hoisting machine to remove the rotor.
