The main reasons for the overheating and holding of the three-phase asynchronous motor bearings:
1. The vibration of the motor includes mechanical vibration and electromagnetic vibration to cause the bearing to be damaged and cause the shaft to be reported;
2. If the bearing oil gap is too large or too small, the motor bearing overheating shaft will be generated;
3. The grease does not meet the requirements of the bearing chamber grease added too much or too little to produce bearing heat caused by the shaft;
4. The bearing and the bearing sleeve and the bearing are loosely fitted on the shaft, and the bearing is too tight to cause the bearing to generate heat;
5. The curved cover and the inner and outer bearing gland of the copper sleeve do not meet the design requirements, including the processing size and finish;
6. The motor shaft bends to generate vibration, which causes the bearing to be damaged and causes the shaft to be reported;
7. During assembly, the inner and outer bearing glands of the motor end cover are not tightened or biased to cause the motor to retract the shaft;
8. The rotor of the wound-type motor is semi-open and short-circuited to cause the rotor to heat up to generate a shaft;
9. When the motor is installed, the gap of the coupling is too small. For example, when the motor drives the multi-pole pump, the gap of the coupling is too small, and the high-frequency impact of the pump shaft on the motor shaft causes the bearing to be damaged and causes the shaft to be reported;
10. The cage-shaped cast aluminum rotor strips cause the rotor to be severely heated to cause the reel;
11. The copper cage welding structure, the rotor is opened or broken, causing the rotor to be severely heated to cause the shaft to be reported;
12. Serious bearing wear causes the axle to be reported;
13. The bearing model selection is unreasonable, and the bearing selection (model) causes the heavy load of the rolling element to be too large, so that the bearing heats up the shaft;
14. There are impurities in the bearing and impurities in the grease.
