1) Disassembly of the brush holder, hood and fan blades of the three-phase asynchronous motor The brush of the wound rotor asynchronous motor should be marked before disassembly to facilitate resetting. Then loosen the brush holder spring, lift the brush holder, remove the brush, and remove the brush holder. After the pulley or coupling of the enclosed motor is removed, loosen the fixing screws of the hood, remove the hood, and then remove the locating pin or set screw of the fan to pull the fan out.

2) Disassembly of three-phase asynchronous motor bearings There are two ways to disassemble the bearings: one is to pull the horse with the bearing, the grapple of the bearing puller is tightly fastened to the inner ring of the bearing, and then the bearing is slowly pulled down; The kind is a tapping method, the rotor is vertically placed, the partition between the bearing and the rotor is framed, the upper part of the rotor is padded with a copper rod, and the copper rod is tapped with a hammer to remove the bearing. If the bearing is installed, the bearing can be placed on the rotating shaft, and an iron round sleeve with an inner diameter slightly larger than the shaft is set on the rotating shaft. The wall of the tube should be able to withstand the inner ring of the bearing well, and the sleeve will be evenly tapped with a hammer. The bearing is in place.

3) Disassemble the rotor of the three-phase asynchronous motor. After the end cover is removed, the rotor can be extracted. Care must be taken at this time to not damage the windings, fans, cores and journals. For small motors, they can be pulled out by one hand or doubled out. For large and medium-sized motors, the rotor is heavier, and an additional length of steel pipe can be placed on the shaft, which is carried out by a plurality of people or lifted by a hoisting machine to remove the rotor.
